Soilutions focuses on employee involvement as the key element for improving both our safety culture and also our performance.
In 2004 we gained Occupational Health and Safety Management 18001 accreditation.
Through having this accreditation we have systems that guide us to identify hazards and put in place the necessary controls measures to manage them. From this we have been able to mitigate workplace accidents and illness through better and safer working conditions, thus improving our resource performance, all by putting the welfare of our staff at the front of everything we do.
To date we have had no reportable accidents on any of our sites and we strive to ensure that we maintain this record.
