We are constantly reviewing and revising our core procedures to ensure that we learn from our clients and our own experiences in the course of our project delivery so that we deliver best practice both internally and to the wider industry.
The core principles of our ISO9001 system, since accreditation in 2004, include a strong customer focus, the motivation or all employees to make recommendations for improvements and an approach for continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in our Integrated Management System manual. Details of which are available upon request. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that our customers get consistent, good quality services, which in turn brings many business benefits to all parties.
