Soilutions use a variety of methods to produce a Phase 2 ground investigation report including taking soil and water samples from trial pits and boreholes. Boreholes can be formed using a window sample borehole rig, cable percussive borehole rig or a rotary borehole rig. The method chosen depends on the nature of the soils to be tested during the ground investigation, the depth of the foundations and what type of ground contamination is present.
